Today, I’m going to show you how to reset or change your Moniepoint business PIN using the Moniepoint Business app. Business PIN is the PIN you use for transactions on the POS machine, so if you ever forget it and your POS machine gets blocked due to multiple failed business pin attempts, or if you just want to change it, follow these simple steps.

Step 1:
First, turn OFF your POS machine. This helps make sure your new business PIN will work on the POS machine.Step 2:
Next, take your phone and log in to your Moniepoint business app.Step 3:
Once you’re in, look at the bottom right corner of the screen and tap on “More.”Step 4:
Scroll all the way down until you see “Settings.”Step 5:
Inside the settings menu, look for “Reset Business PIN” and tap on it.Step 6:
Now, follow the on-screen steps like entering OTP or doing face verification. Then, set your new Business PIN, confirm it, and submit. Make sure to read and follow the instructions carefully.Final Step:
After you’ve successfully changed your Business PIN, turn ON your POS machine again. You’re now ready to continue using your Moniepoint POS with your new Business PIN!
